Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, arts. 52–59) and Legislative Decree 21/2014 implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU

Who can exercise it

The right of withdrawal is reserved for consumers, i.e., natural persons who purchase for purposes unrelated to their business or professional activity. It does not apply to purchases made as a company or professional with a VAT number.

Terms and methods

You have 14 calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal, starting from the date of receipt of the purchased item. An explicit declaration is sufficient, even via email or the form provided below.

Product return

Following withdrawal, you are required to return the goods within 14 days from the date of communication, to the indicated address or via the courier of your choice.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unused. You are only responsible for any decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed at the time of purchase.

Refund

Once the withdrawal communication is received, we will refund all payments received, including any standard delivery costs, within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or proof of shipment is provided.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or clearly personalized goods. Also excluded, pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code, are:

  • Sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons, if opened after delivery
  • Digital content provided on a non-material medium, if delivery has already begun with the consumer's consent
  • Perishable goods or goods subject to rapid expiry
