Returns & Refunds

Our return policy for shipped orders states that you have 14 days after receiving an item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or used, have all tags attached, the warranty seal intact, and be in its original packaging.

To initiate a return from Italy, you can do so yourself by logging into your account at the following link. If you want to initiate a return from a foreign country, please write to us at amministrazione@coscia.store.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

The shipping cost for a return is €6.00 for shipments within Italy, while for international shipments the cost will be calculated on a per-order basis.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), underwear, and personal care products (e.g., perfumes). If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us at amministrazione@coscia.store.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Order returns can be made within 14 days of the order being fulfilled.

Should the return not be accepted (e.g., due to non-compliance with return conditions), the product will remain available to the customer.

In such situations, we offer two alternatives:

  • Reshipment to the customer, with shipping costs borne by the customer.
  • Collection at our store, by prior arrangement.

The product must be collected or reshipped no later than 14 days from the communication of non-acceptance of the return. After this period, if there is no response, we do not guarantee the preservation of the item.

Shipping & Payments

Orders (including those for in-store pickup) are generally processed within 1-2 business days.

We ship your orders in Italy with reliable couriers to ensure fast and secure delivery within 1-2 business days.

For international shipments, delivery times are specified at checkout.

Shipping rates for Italy are as follows:

  • Express: €6.00
  • Trolley and luggage: €10.00

Express shipping in Italy is free for orders over €140.00.

Surcharges may apply for shipments to certain locations, as determined by our reference couriers (Poste Italiane, GLS).

For international shipments, rates are calculated automatically at checkout.

For wholesale orders, supplements may be applied to shipping costs.

Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information to follow your order.

We accept several payment methods to offer maximum flexibility and security:

Digital payment: PayPal, shopPay, Google Pay, HeyLight

All transactions are protected by SSL encryption systems to ensure maximum security.

Orders

In rare cases, an item may turn out to be unavailable in stock due to synchronization or inventory update errors.

When this happens, we immediately issue a full refund and apologize for the inconvenience. We’re constantly working to prevent this from happening again.

You can request an invoice by specifying it in the order notes in your cart before checking out.

In any case, you can always request it by writing to us at amministrazione@coscia.store.

Although a shipping cost is indicated at checkout, for some types of multiple orders a different price may be applied when the order is processed.
