Returns & Refunds
Our return policy for shipped orders states that you have 14 days after receiving an item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or used, have all tags attached, the warranty seal intact, and be in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, you can do so independently by logging into your account at the following link.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you a shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted. The return shipping cost is €5.00 for shipment within Italy, as for international shipments, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), underwear, and personal care products (e.g., perfumes). If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us at amministrazione@coscia.store.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Order returns can be made within 14 days of the order being shipped.
Shipping & Payments
Orders (including those for in-store pickup) are generally processed within 1-2 business days.
We ship your orders to Italy with reliable couriers to ensure fast and safe deliveries.
Delivery times vary depending on the service chosen:
Standard: 1-2 business days
Express: approximately 4 working days
Standard: €6.00 / free for orders over €220.00
Express: €8.00 / €2.00 for orders over €220.00
Surcharges may be included for shipments to certain locations, where provided for by our reference courier (Poste Italiane).
Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information to follow your order.

Orders
You can request an invoice by specifying it in the order notes in your cart before checking out.
